Our Process

Discovery Process
The project always begins with a discovery process, where we listen to your needs and desires. Our preliminary interviews are relaxed yet specific, as we endeavor to balance your desires with the realities of technological trends, budget constraints and built-in obsolescence.
We put our engineering team to work to define all aspects of the project. Now that pertinent information has been gathered, a detailed proposal can be developed in accordance to these plans. An extensive set of drawings are created that show graphically where all hardware and pre-wire drops will be located. You are then delivered this information for review and annotation.
Additional support documentation is created as the Rough and Trim phases commence. With the home interior primed, we begin the concluding phases, order the system gear, and schedule its installation. Our job is only complete when you are 100% satisfied with the finished product. These final phases can take a few weeks or a few years depending on the project’s scale.
A complete set of as-built documentation is delivered to you at the final project sign-off. We strive to make every customer, a customer for life. By delivering as-built documentation and programming source code to our customers, we ensure that the investment they have made into their home is well protected and may be serviced for life with accuracy and diligence. We honor all manufactures warranties plus a 12 month workmanship warranty.

Albert did such an amazing job. He was quick kind and efficient. I would highly recommend his work and him personally. He made himself available and completed all the work I ask him to do.

Albert knew how to make everything work seamlessly and look great. He did not even mind that we were watching his every move. Nothing rattled him and he was a gem of a find. There is only good positive things that I can say about working with him. Any time I need help with audio visual equipment Albert will be my man.

Albert is a wonderful, professional, knowledgeable person who worked on a comprehensive AV system for my home. Albert spent a great deal of time looking at my home and explaining in full detail what he plans to do. He was patient and very responsive to my questions. He was always professional in his work. I felt he treated my home like his being so interested in the project and always analyzing his work and produced an excellent smart home system for me. He continues to be very responsive to my questions. I would recommend Albert to you without any reservations. I highly recommend AVITtek for your home audio. The job they performed at my home was beyond my expectations. The service was professional and timely. The job was to set up a complete home entertainment system TV, speakers and receiver. Mr. Masella was able to complete the job although there were some setbacks due to the actual structure of the home. This job took creative, patience and a tremendous amount of skill. My entertainment system looks terrific; no wires showing but, also sounds magnificent. Albert calibrated my system with professional tools to adjust the audio to the room. I have received several compliments from my guests regarding the quality of the sound and the appearance of the system. If you really care and want a professional looking entertainment system with maximized high quality sound I highly endorse AVITtek, you will not be disappointed!
