Our Process

Discovery Process
The project always begins with a discovery process, where we listen to your needs and desires. Our preliminary interviews are relaxed yet specific, as we endeavor to balance your desires with the realities of technological trends, budget constraints and built-in obsolescence.
We put our engineering team to work to define all aspects of the project. Now that pertinent information has been gathered, a detailed proposal can be developed in accordance to these plans. An extensive set of drawings are created that show graphically where all hardware and pre-wire drops will be located. You are then delivered this information for review and annotation.
Additional support documentation is created as the Rough and Trim phases commence. With the home interior primed, we begin the concluding phases, order the system gear, and schedule its installation. Our job is only complete when you are 100% satisfied with the finished product. These final phases can take a few weeks or a few years depending on the project’s scale.
A complete set of as-built documentation is delivered to you at the final project sign-off. We strive to make every customer, a customer for life. By delivering as-built documentation and programming source code to our customers, we ensure that the investment they have made into their home is well protected and may be serviced for life with accuracy and diligence. We honor all manufactures warranties plus a 12 month workmanship warranty.

Albert is extremely knowledgeable and competent with nearly 20 years of experience. He programmed 2 smart TVs, surround sound, 2 Sonos groupings, our Harmony hub and remote (which is much more than a remote), registered and updated all our device software and integrated the entire system -- in the way you would read about in the Sunday magazine, including our phones and iPads. He did it within budget and on time and it all worked the first time (and after). Albert is not the first person to service our tech needs, but he is clearly the best (and least expensive, ironically).

I can't thank Albert from AVITtek enough for the outstanding job he did wiring 5 rooms upstairs with new jacks for cable/satellite TV service. I only wish Albert offered more services for my home, for I would hire him for all of my projects. Albert is extremely skilled, punctual, professional and reliable. He responded literally minutes after my HomeAdvisor submission, was available the next morning before I even left for work for a free estimate and completed the project quickly and effectively at a competitive price. I would recommend him hands down to anyone seeking this expertise.
