Our Process

Discovery Process
The project always begins with a discovery process, where we listen to your needs and desires. Our preliminary interviews are relaxed yet specific, as we endeavor to balance your desires with the realities of technological trends, budget constraints and built-in obsolescence.
We put our engineering team to work to define all aspects of the project. Now that pertinent information has been gathered, a detailed proposal can be developed in accordance to these plans. An extensive set of drawings are created that show graphically where all hardware and pre-wire drops will be located. You are then delivered this information for review and annotation.
Additional support documentation is created as the Rough and Trim phases commence. With the home interior primed, we begin the concluding phases, order the system gear, and schedule its installation. Our job is only complete when you are 100% satisfied with the finished product. These final phases can take a few weeks or a few years depending on the project’s scale.
A complete set of as-built documentation is delivered to you at the final project sign-off. We strive to make every customer, a customer for life. By delivering as-built documentation and programming source code to our customers, we ensure that the investment they have made into their home is well protected and may be serviced for life with accuracy and diligence. We honor all manufactures warranties plus a 12 month workmanship warranty.

More quality driven than quantity driven

Albert from AVITtek called with in minutes of me sending my info and request , he was pleasant and accommodating with setting up time. He worked quickly , was honest and nice . Will call again we are ready to enhance our home entertainment system .

Albert was very courteous and professional. He was very prompt and made sure he mounted my TV exactly the way I wanted. He had just left my house and I was already recommending him to a friend who asked me for his business card. He is coming back to do another job for me.

Albert did such an amazing job. He was quick kind and efficient. I would highly recommend his work and him personally. He made himself available and completed all the work I ask him to do.

Albert knew how to make everything work seamlessly and look great. He did not even mind that we were watching his every move. Nothing rattled him and he was a gem of a find. There is only good positive things that I can say about working with him. Any time I need help with audio visual equipment Albert will be my man.
